There is no direct evidence of a benefit from green teas specifically to MPNs that I have seen; however, the potential beneficial effects of green teas are enough reason to include it in your daily routine. It is important to pay attention to caffeine intake as that can be an issue.
I include various herbal and other teas in what I drink every day. It counts towards hydration and they taste good. I include immune system boosting herbal teas along with some others that I simply enjoy drinking.
There is no downside to including a reasonable amount of green tea that I can see. I go to a local tea shop where they have an excellent variety of teas. Earl Green is one of my favorites.
All the best and enjoy your tea.
I read that Dandelion Root tea, Hibiscus tea and Essiac teas are good as well as Green Tea. Anyone heard about Jason Winters Tea??
I think Green tea has many health benefits. I prefer herbal teas after 3 pm mainly to avoid any caffeine which can affect sleep.
I still do love my coffee!
