Fatigue, leg pain, back pain, jelly legs, neuropathy in the feet and hands, shortness of breath, muscle spasms, nausea, itching, night sweats/day sweats, headaches, brain fog, etc.

I try to live a structured life. Get up same time everyday and go to bed same time. As much as possible. I try to eat healthy, drink a lot of water only have alcohol occasionally. I feel much better if I can do this. I also know sometimes this is impossible but for the majority of the time I think it really helps. As well as regular exercise, but something you enjoy doing. For me it is walking every other day. Best of luck.

Same with me—except for nausea and itching (take Zyrtec for that).
