I try to live a structured life. Get up same time everyday and go to bed same time. As much as possible. I try to eat healthy, drink a lot of water only have alcohol occasionally. I feel much better if I can do this. I also know sometimes this is impossible but for the majority of the time I think it really helps. As well as regular exercise, but something you enjoy doing. For me it is walking every other day. Best of luck.

I have polycythemia Vera, there are two more that fall under that category of MPN. I get the night sweat, migraine, bone pain, exhaustion and fatigue, red skin in my face especially.
