Hi. My name is Denise and my 80 year old mom has Myelofibrosis. She has has had many ups and downs with the experience of her disease, but over the last year she has had a remarkable quality of life while on Jakafi and prednisone. Currently, her transfusions are occurring more frequently about every 30-40 days. Her oncologist is recommending she consider a clinical trial called Itacitinib.
