Mine goes up and down; when I drink more water than normal (and I drink a lot) my sodium.can get diluted. The good thing about low sodium is that you can improve the taste of your food by addin a pinch or sprinkle

I would only be concerned if it was always abnormal. You can’t go by one lab draw

That is interesting to hear. I did drink a LOT of water during my travels because of the heat in Israel. I'll see what my next sodium level is in a couple weeks at my next blood test now that I'm home and resuming normal habits.

Thanks! I asked my doc and it isn't low enough to be a concern. I probably wouldn't have bothered asking if my platelets hadn't also shot up recently; so I was feeling nervous.
