I've had it on occasion over the years. It's always been because of an infection. Once that was cleared up, my neutrophils returned to normal. If you have chronically high neutrophils with low lymphocytes, and you're not taking Hydrea or some other chemo drug, this can be caused by ET itself, or some chronic inflammation.
