It is sort of a daunting amount of information you are being exposed to when you first join here, and I know exactly how you feel in wondering how everything fits together and how YOU fit into the whole thing. You see on your page that you have a team yourself. You might be reading someone's story or comments and feel like you want to follow him, and what he shares. You may share the same diagnosis or issues. So, you can just add the person to your team which makes it easy to follow their interactions. I like to ask a person to add me to their team as well, otherwise it isn't automatic. This might have been confusing to you at first.
