I have terrible joint pain. In my hips ,knees wrists and fingers. It hurts a lot at night. I’ve read that MPN’s can cause inflammation but how would you know if it’s from the mpn or arthritis?

If the pain is or comes with a burning sensation, it is neurological— nerve pain. Many of us have nerve pain. I take gabapentin and xtra strength Tylenol— it helps though doesn’t take it away. See your doctor and vehemently complain about it with descriptive words as to the sensation particulars of this pain.
