My question: Are there any MPNérs who have already had experience with N-acetylcysteine? What dosage do you use and what are the effects on your MPN? I saw that it also requires some caution in addition to aspirine... what is known about this?

Interesting you wrote this bc my Chinese Med Dr said NAC helps high platelets thinning blood.

I don’t know about a drug interaction with aspirin. Where did you hear that?

The NAC I got from her but not taken is 600mg.
