Thanks for sharing your experience Janet. It helps a lot. I understand that I could also experience unacceptable physical side effects, but it's the potential mood changes that concern me most. I'm glad Bomedemstat has worked for you instead. Pegasys and Besremi are generally well tolerated, so I'm hopeful that if I decide to take one it will be favorable.

I was on interferon, Pegasys, for a little over a year. No effects on my mood and that was surprising considering I experience anxiety, but unacceptable physical side effects. Everyone is different. Consider all the possible side effects.
