I have continuous ringinging in ear and my doc says it's nothing to do with MPN. But I think it is because of low blood flow in head and neck.
What could be the possible reasons of this ringing in the ears??

Hi Kevin,

From what I could read, the small dose of aspirin we take, especially for those who just started taking aspirin, is unlikely to cause tinnitus.
Tinnitus is a staple in myeloproliferative neoplasms and one of the common symptoms:
"ET may also cause hearing problems, such as tinnitus (ringing in the ears). These symptoms are believed to be associated with hyperviscosity β€” thicker, stickier blood β€” that also contributes to clotting problems."
