It really hits my hands and feet regardless of wearing gloves or heavy socks and boots. If it’s windy or moisture in the air (rain/fog), then it literally goes through to my bones and I have a very hard time warming up. I either have to sit right in front of the fireplace or take a warm bath.

Agree Kathy, I thought you were talking about me!!!
I dislike the Sun Rays intensity. Grey Cloud Days are ideal for me!

Keep Positive Mindset Kathy, that is critical. Make the most of each day!

My feet seem to stay cold in this cold weather. I can breathe better in the cold though. I don't have breathing issues but sometimes I just like to go outside and breathe the cold fresh air but I am very cold natured. I love the summers but sometimes the heat is just too much and then the air conditioner freezes me sometimes especially in restaurants, I always take a jacket!

I hate the cold. Not sure if it's the ET but I seem to get cold easier now. Used to be I was hot a lot. And still don't like it when it's too hot.

It's helpful to read these comments. This explains why the cold is bothering me so much this winter. Thank you to everyone.
