Just FYI…Recently My New Chiro/Functional Med Dr. Had Me Start Taking This Plant Based Natural Yet Powerful Anti- Inflammatory Supplement.

It was given to me for Chiro purposes but is doubling as an MPN body inflammation lowering supplement👏🏼.

You take 2 a day. I can def feel a great difference and just started it Wed. April 3rd.

Hoping this will help whoever reads this bc turmeric, ginger, etc. don’t do enough for MPN (and Chiro related) high inflammation.🙂

Boswellia has gotten a bad rep for potential liver injury, but the jury is still out. I'd be careful about such a supplement long term. I do ground flaxseed, ginger powder, and sometimes tumeric. Supplement wise I do flaxseed oil and fish oil. I've noticed sugar makes a big negative difference when I have some. I do have Boswellia, but only use it as a detox agent for an urgent temporary reason like when I was exposed to antibiotics in pork labeled antibiotic free. Zeolite and activated charcoal are other good detox supplements.

@A myMPNteam Member Funny you mention that bc I asked of the Boswellia and was told that alone it’s not recommenced to take but in this does taking with other included supplements in the same tablet it balances out. My friend takes Zeolite, and I’ve read up on activated charcoal, both seem helpful.
