Has Anyone Here Received Any Guidance And/or Used Both Omega 3 And Aspirin When They Have High Platelets?

I have been taking Omega 3 for my cholesterol which it had a positive impact. However, I'm recently diagnosed and suspect that for my high platelets I will be told to go on baby aspirin (pending an appointment).

I have been on Omega 3’s for years, began a baby aspirin about 7 years ago when taken off my blood thinner. My hematologist is aware of all supplements I take and has never advised me to discontinue any of them.
