Has Anyone Had Hair Loss While Taking The Hydroxyurea? How High Of A Dose Were You On And Did The Hair Loss Continue? Did It Eventually Stop
Because that’s what it took to get my blood counts under control.
There have been progressive increases over the years, due to counts rising, which is the way it works in the long term.
It’s the maximum, and when it no longer is effective will go to a Plan B.

Why such a high dose
I have been on HU all but one of almost 24 years, on 2000 mgm a day about 15 months, now, and have not experienced hair loss.
