I remind myself that my MPN meds have kept me alive now almost 25 years.
And, yes, we must always be our own best advocate.

One cheery thing to brighten your doldrums. It seems to affect a lot of us around the holidays. But think of it this way, what your life could be like if you hadn’t been diagnosed and didn’t have access to your meds. I read once that without medication, a person with PV, for instance, lives from 5-7 years on an average.

I know what you mean Bert, there is no real let up as far as aprehension goes. All part of the territory we are in I guess.
