I have ET, jak2. Does Besremi have continuous side effects?

Hi Maria7, as you may know, people vary with regards to how Besremi affects their bodies. I have permanent damage from it. The AI mympnteam response is an inadequate reply. I think people who are considering treatment with Besremi should read the full pharm/prescription insert regarding possible side effects. There are a few conditions that, not prohibit, but warrant great consideration. A couple are thyroid disease/problems and an existing or history or family history of an autoimmune condition. I also believe that a current trend towards macular degeneration or strong family history of it warrants concern. That being said, some people do well on Besremi. All my best, Janet
