Brooke Dulka, Ph.D.

Brooke is a freelance science writer and editor. She received her doctoral training in biological psychology at the University of Tennessee, where she studied the neurobiological basis of stress resilience. As a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, her research focused on age-related cognitive decline and plasticity during memory processes. Nothing excites Brooke more than connecting with members of the public, and she loves helping people learn new things about the world of science.
