The pain is an aching and sometimes throbbing pain. I went to ER once and they did MEI to make sure there’s no blood clots but doesn’t know exactly what causes it,
I want to add to my previous post. I also take Tylenol Arthritis when my arms & legs ache. It’s the 8 hour timed release tabs. Seems to help along with staying hydrated. Hope this helps.
I have PV& even tho I am active, my legs ache some days more then others. The water advice is good! Drink it anyway you like it just to be sure you stay hydrated. Sometimes I just forget to drink enough....I get cramps too if I’m not careful.
I have ET. Diagnosed 7 yrs/ago. Yes I have alot of bone pain legs and arms especially
I had pain in my right thigh that would not go away. Also pain in both of my hips. When I was taking chemo, that was the only way that the bone pain would go away. Now that I am not taking chemo for the most part, the pain is back but not as bad as last time.
In the last month I have developed really bad pain in my right foot that gets progressively worse as time passes. I have no idea where that came from. I have MF.
