Good morning, I was diagnosed with ET JAK2 + in November 2021. I am 62 years old. I was started on 1000 mg daily of Hydrea and 81 mg asprin. For the past month I have been extremely tired. I have a telephone appointment with my hematologist in early May. Bloodwork work has not really changed. I have it done monthly now. My platelets are normal now. Anything and everything you feel should be discussed with your oncologist. That’s the only way they can help you
If you have more fatigue than usual, it seems to be your numbers may be low. In my experience, that has been the issue. Also if you drink Gatorade or Powerade they have electrolytes in them and they seem to pick me up on slow days.

How are you taking your hydr.
I take mine one in the morning and one at night. I am not as tired as I was in the beginning. Yes tell your Dr. Always you feel it may be how your taking your medication or something else.
I boy take it every third night as it destroys my digestive system. Try taking short walks which can build up strength 💕
Tiredness is part of the disease but also can be a side effect of medication. Look up side affects for your medication.
