Yes I am on Pacritinib also known as Vonjo for Myleofibrosis. I’ve been on it since February and I’m doing so well. Most of my blood counts are now normal and my spleen is less than half its size! I was on Jakafi for 3 months and it was not good for me it actually advanced my PV to Myleofibrosis. My Doctor is a specialist for Myleofibrosis and is located at the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh,PA. He is a great doctor.
