I would be grateful to you for some advice om how to take this medicine. Mornings? Evenings? With or without food? I will do what I can to hjelp my body tolerate it.

Since May 5th..only 1 pill 500 g with dinner...drowsy by 9:30.. good sleep.
First 2 weeks, I was a bit light headed in the morning….but settled down.
As Judy said..lots of water!..I start my morning with a cup of boiled water.
The lab tech told me drink to increase blood flow!.. have a good cup before going to have your blood drawn to test!
Hope this helps.😘

I start the drug about 5 wks ago. I take it with my noon meal. I also have increased my water intake. No gastro side effects. Just a mouth sore that healed quickly.

Agree…I take 500 mg with dinner…I actually think I sleep better than ever!
I would say the only effect I have is sometimes lightheaded ( not dizzy) in the morning.. after 4 weeks, my platelets are down from 519 to 456…not sure how this will progress …they may go up and down, but at least I feel progress😃
