ET and fatigue for several days each month

Hello All!I am 44, with TE, platelets count around 750K, on baby aspirin. I have been experiencing great exhaustion and tiredness over the past 5 months, but only for 4-5 days in a row each month. I was wondering whether anyone else with ET has similar symptoms or I should look into hormones or other causes. Any tip on how to deal with fatigue is very welcome! Thank you!

I am 52, diagnosed with ET last December. I’ve never been so exhausted in my life since even before ET. Eventually doctors figured out it was an oxygen/ sleep issue and eventually provided me with a CPAP machine. Good luck
