I was told after blood test I have ET with JAK2 mutation.

Platelets went up from 625 in Sept. to 825 in Dec. after 3mo but I wonder if because I was eating red meat, eggs, fish which all were said to raise platelets.

Stopped red meat and now trying to limit other animal products to see if helps bc reading a lot of how animal diets create more and higher platelets count.
