I have been on Jakafi for 9 months (after losing 100lbs & being diagnosed with MPN Jak2/PCM fusion) I have now regain 20lbs and although initially I had fatigue & anemia I have now regained more stable blood counts. I seem to have reached a plateau as far as fatigue goes.

I was on Jakavi for 6 months and gained 5kg. Now it is difficult to lose it.
