sometimes i have fatigue daily other times it may be twice a week.
for a time it is everyday.
hard to figure it out.
i take B-12 liquid every day leave it under the tongue for a min then swallow. it has helped me.
set a limit of how much you do daily.
REST IS KEY AS WELL 😁

Fatigue is on my daily schedule. I try to stay busy. Distraction helps

Fatigue is a staple of MPNs and it is explained away and dismissed, although it can be disabling
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.100...

"Prominent symptoms include fatigue (92.7%), early satiety (61.9%), abdominal pain (45.9%), abdominal discomfort (53.2%), inactivity (60.5%), headache (48.3%), concentration problems (61.7%), dizziness (55.2%), numbness (61.3%), insomnia (65.4%), sad mood (62.7%), sexuality problems (57.9%), cough (46.4%), night sweats (56.4%), itching (52.6%), bone pain (48.5%), fever (20.2%), weight loss (34.2%), and impaired quality of life (84.2%)"

Trust your body and ask for sick-leave or disability when needed. As this is a rare disease and many doctors have very little knowledge about it, they can be rather dismissive of the suffering MPNs can inflict on patients.

For me, this disease is disabling. I need help in my daily life and any effort above what I can do in a day could leave me bedridden for weeks.

Fatigue comes with your blood levels being too high or too low and trying to do too much at one time. Pace yourself. Take breaks in between.
