ET is essential thrombocythemia, a type of myeloproliferative neoplasm, together with polycythemia vera, myelofibrosis, etc.

I'm not sure what ET is.. but I agree with what you're saying here. Our world is ruled by corporate interests that brainwash the people through false and misleading commercials, just to further their plans of power and greed.
I saw something online yesterday that I thought spoke volumes.
I'm paraphrasing here..... Corporate UnAmerica have replaced Religion with the false dream of a better tomorrow through consumer spending to achieve success and have a the wonderful talking gadgets that you can have in your home now days to assist you. Talking tv's .. talking this, Alexis that. When all the while, their spying on you with this tech. WHY you ask? Because if they hear you talking about needing this or that.. then miraculously it shows up on you FB or Tweeter feed.

Hi!

I have hereditary ET, I am 42 years old, and I am on 100% sick-leave due to the many issues that this illness is causing me. It is a pity that we are told this illness should be not so bad, when in some cases, despite patients being young, it can be outright debilitating. It makes one feel so isolated when reading accounts of others being just fine with this condition when I can end up bedridden for weeks from a bit of effort.
