I use magnesium as a muscle relaxer as I get restless leg syndrome all over my back and shoulders so bad I can't sit still. I take it every night

I have found that a magnesium deficiency can cause charlie horses in the calves. Try some liquid trace minerals in your water. I use Remag magnesium. Start with a few drops at first as you have to get used to the taste. I also get the coarse ground Celtic salt and chew a couple granules before I drink water. I do this several times a day. Within a few weeks your calves should be feeling better. I found this also helps my sensitive teeth be not so sensitive.

I’ve been getting them alot lately during the night. I think it’s related to dehydration. I try to drink 1 to 2 packets of LMNT a day along with water.
