I’ve been diagnosed with a-fib in January 2024. I was diagnosed with ET in August 2019. I’m extremely tired, am short of breath and have gone through a series of CT scans for my spleen, liver, kidney and gall bladder. Everything checks out normal!

I was on heart medication until my afib got better, metoproal did nothing for me. I was put on a different med but I'm not on anything now for heart except eliquis. I have PV and MGUS so who knows what makes me so tired.

After a failed cardioversion a few months ago, I am on a blood thinner and Metropolol for a-fib. I have had PV for at least five years and started hydroxurea two years ago.

I had Afib this past February 2024, it was brought on by covid according to about 5 heart Dr's which landed me in the hospital. It took me a while to get over all that and get my strength back. I think I still have bouts of Afib, my heart will feel like it's racing and i feel so tired and kinda out of breath. I really don't know because I also have PV and MGUS so I'm not what is causing me to feel so tired and weak at times. I'm on Eliquis and Jakafi so I'm not sure if they make me tired. Jakafi made me feel a lot better when I first started taking it so I really don't think that's it. What do you do for your Afib?
