Hi Jim, just following up. My new doctor put me on low dose aspirin in addition to Hydrea because I am symptomatic. Forgive me if I’m already telling you what you know, but aspirin has anti platelet properties and can help with micro vascular issues. My dizziness improved after starting it. I also asked my acupuncturist to work on my tight neck and that helped too. I can now drive more.

I have intermittent dizziness which keeps me from driving. I am anemic though and think it may be causing it. Not sure. I have ET with Calr mutation like you. I went to MD Anderson to see their MPN specialists and I was not impressed.
