I find that epson salt in bath helps. Back a couple of years ago my itching was terrible. Now in the summer I dont have itching. In the winter months get tolerable itching. currently feeling it in lower legs. I do not take chemo. Seems like it got better when I started taking beets and trumeric/ginger suppliments.

Hi
I use Aqueous Cream to bathe in with water as cool as possible. I then pat dry rather than rub dry with my towel. I also take a daily dose of Anti Histamine, Cetirizine. I still itch but it's not as bad. I hope this helps.
