I am 48 years old and have ET. I am trying hyperbaric oxygen therapy to reduce dizziness symptoms, and I tried it once this morning. Does anyone have experience with this issue?

Hi Jane, I use hyperbaric chamber on regular basis and have been excellent for me. This is my personal experience with it , I don't feel tired neither dizzy or any other symptoms that people complain about. This Oxygen therapy doesn't have contraindications.
Hi Jane,
It’s good to be touching base with you again. There is a lot of information available on hyperbaric oxygen therapy. One thing jumps out that this should never exceed two hours. There is much to know about precautions and various side effects, and I would like to suggest that you read the following article from our well-respected Johns Hopkins Medical Center in the US:

Hi StephenAguirre,
Thank you so much for sharing with me. I am not in a position to use this remedy daily at the moment. Can you share with me a little bit about how it works for you?
Hi Maria7,
Thank you so much for sharing! I just tried hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the first time this morning and I felt so good afterwards. I was just going to try it, but after reading your message, I think I will use it more confidently. 💗
Headaches, dizziness, fatigue. These are all common symptoms with ET.
