It's recommended to discuss vaccination timing with your healthcare provider, as they may want to schedule it before starting Jakafi or at a specific point during treatment. If you're concerned about vaccination side effects while on Jakafi, have a detailed conversation with your doctor. They can evaluate your individual situation and help determine the safest approach for your specific case.
