I have to agree with JohnG about stress and fatigue. I don’t have the reserves anymore to handle stress, even everyday stressors. Having PV is really making me look at the stresses in my life and handling it better. I give my self a lot more grace than I have in the past.
A quick add on…I’ve noticed if I experience one of life’s everyday stress situations the day or night prior, I’ ll ‘usually ‘ have an increased dose of PV Fatigue the next day.
Hi, My PV fatigue has increased significantly in the last couple of months.. perhaps 3-4 weekly ‘ bouts’ . The main onset is upon waking, but afternoon-ish I can crash… Additional Sleep and or a nap is the cure… I’m a cyclist, but stopped when the weather turned cold… I ride the Rail Trails.
I also know I’m lax in staying hydrated in the same time period. I wonder if lack of cycling, lack of exercise and proper hydration could be the fatigue culprit ?? I have several pieces of nice home exercise equipment which I used last season. I know I feel very stiff and sore not moving like I used to…. I’ve started my home exercise routine ( which I really enjoy this week… ) I’ll report back on my PV fatigue John
