At times i feel the et does have an effect on training. I am trying a simple multi vitamin at the moment daily and it appears to be working well. After five months of tough training and not being able to keep up with the team, last night after 5 days of taking vitamins I ran a 10k in58 minutes and it felt comfortable

I was getting a little numb in my hand at one point but that faded.

Don’t stop training just try adapting different workouts. Hope it helps

Im currently have some issues. My joints are hurting and past injuries seem prevalent. Im hoping my issues are self induced. Ive been pushing heavy lately and have been very active doing repetitive/strenuous activities (kiting). Time will tell, getting some ultrasound today to see if past injury to elbow is part of it. Im taking an interferon so dealing with some anxiety due to it maybe being the catalyst. Hydration, stretching, RICE and chilling for awhile🤞 we get a gold star for trying😂

Yeah. You may need to check your hydration. I have heard somewhere you need to drink more water with ET.
