I have non but do not have the jak2 mutation. Are there any treatments or clinical trials for non-jak2 patients?

Most clinical trials are for MF - do you have MF? If you have CALR Europe has tested a vaccine and there is a CALR vaccine trial coming to the US. To find out more go to clinicaltrials.gov and search for CALR. There are also some studies being done by Dr. Angela Fleischman out of UC Irvine on inflammation, nutrition and familial MPNs. You can learn more about these at www.wearempn.org. I am participating and Dr. Fleischman needs more volunteers to participate. It's all done remotely so you don't need to live in a particular area.

There are two new clinical trials that I know of for CALr. One is a Phase I vaccine study out of Mt. Sinai in NY. They also told me about a CALr antibody study being done at several sites, one of which might be at Mt. Sinai as well. Look on clinicaltrials.gov for more information. There is so much going on that even MPN specialists say they are having a hard time keeping up.
