I have had PV for 4 years. One of the conditions that developed in the first year was burning hands and feet. It started with tingling to a full on burning sensation and redness. I am currently on 3x500 hydroxyurea for 5 days and 2x 500 for two days as well as 2 aspirin per day. I now too get numbness in my legs as well as burning hands and feet (Erythromelalgia). Especially more noticeable at night. I sleep as cool as possible.
With everything we all go through it helps to know that you also have these symptoms

I was diagnosed with PV in Dec 2020 but my blood results indicate I had PV for 7 years before diagnosis. GP ignored abnormal bloods. Thigh pain and numb tingling feet were some of my main symptoms. Also headaches and vertigo.
