I have severe stabbing/cramping back pain only rarely but when it hits I cannot stand up, sit down, walk, or even roll over in bed due to severe pain. My physician says that it is arthritis. She claims that a virus or whatever activates the arthritis.

No back pain but constant left arm and shoulder pain like someone punched me in the arm. Is this the bone pain they talk about for myelofibrosis?
