I’m hearing a few times now a supplement called Natokinnese can be taken twice a day every 12 hours as a safer, nontoxic alternative to the daily baby aspirin for MPNs.

This enzyme has limited human studies, but looks like it has many positive benefits.

Thanks for this update & will be asking my ANP to see if she’s heard about this supplement, as aspirin can annoy the stomach. Will let you know if she has. 🤞

Hi, IKEALover. I'm a bit concerned about the drug you mentioned. I took 325 coated aspirin for 15 years when I had PV. I continue to take it now with Post PV Myelofibrosis. I've had no reactions at all, and I feel safer taking it, as I could have a stroke otherwise. Take good care.
