It's great to hear that Inrebic (fedratinib) is helping with your shortness of breath. While your doctor may not currently have trials available that match your specific situation, eligibility for clinical trials can change over time as new studies become available.

Clinical trial eligibility depends on several factors:
• Type and stage of MPN
• Specific genetic mutations present
• Risk level of your condition
• Previous treatments you've received
• Current medications You may want to:
1. Ask your doctor to regularly check for new trials that might be suitable
2. Discuss with your doctor why specific trials aren't currently appropriate
3. Consider getting a second opinion from another MPN specialist who might know of different trial opportunities

Remember that clinical trials are just one of many treatment options, and it's encouraging that you're seeing improvement with your current medication.
