My Doc (my PCP) noticed my HGB & HCT were climbing slowly "slightly above normal range" in about 2015 to early 2016. I can't access my records prior to 2018 online. My best friend has been for the past 2.5 decades a top Senior Research Scientist in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology in another state. Anyway, she's never thought that I actually have PV, but instead might have an Auto-Immune condition.
