There are so many things that cause nausea; some garden variety reactions to food, medications, viruses, stress, allergies, etc.

If you cannot determine through elimination a potential cause and the nausea follows no particular pattern it probably is good to involve your physician with both complaint, observation of frequency, severity, duration, how you deal with it, etc.

If a pattern emerges suggesting medication, you should probably discuss with the prescribing physician

Any time I have a repetitive annoying symptom, I begin making note of when it happens along with any other particulars such as if I have acid reflux, what I have eaten, time proximity to ingestion of meds and/or supplements, whether or not family/friends/acquaintances/co-workers have commented or exampled a similar complaint, etc.

These observation are important to help sort things out as well as help your physician if and/or when you ask for help.

Hello🫶🏼 I was vomiting before I started in Jakafi. The vomiting went away once in Jakafi. Then about 7 months after starting Jakafi a lot of my symptoms came back. I was then increased from 20 mg to 25 mg. Just wonder if anyone else had nausea-vomiting as a symptom. 🫶🏼

Yes, could be meds. I get nauseated occasional but in the beginning; I was pretty nauseated each day 1-2 hrs following my meds. I found that coffee made it worse, so I cut it completely out-strange! but it was definitely a factor!
