Staying hydrated has helped with leg cramps and stiffness. However, it’s hard remembering to drink the recommended amount of water. It has become a whole lifestyle change since I’ve acquired this disease! 🙏🏼

Janice: you’re absolutely correct about getting the balance right! I make frequent trips to the bathroom even with recommended amounts of water! It’s so frustrating! 😩

Plus max hydration can mean more frequent trips to the toilet. It's difficult to get the balance right! Becoming a bit easier now as extremely hot weather here in Los Angeles is subsiding.

Yes. I find that to be the case too. I’m hoping if platelet numbers get to normal that all the other symptoms would go away.

Hi Joyce. If you have time and insurance coverage, it has helped me to consult specialists for dealing with symptoms, as my MPN specialist is mainly concerned with platelet numbers.
